ANNUAL REPORTS
For over 132 years, Fred Finch has continued to offer unconditional care, support and opportunity to children, youth, young adults, and their families who face complex challenges such as mental or emotional impairment; developmental disability; trauma and abuse, some at a very young age; poverty; exclusion; discrimination and histories of significant trauma and loss.
Our annual reports serve as a comprehensive record of the progress we have made towards achieving our mission and provide insight into the work that we do for our participants and their families. Each year, our annual report highlights the accomplishments, challenges, and impact of our programs and services, as well as the contributions of our dedicated staff and supporters.
Over the years, our annual reports have covered a wide range of topics, including updates on our programs and services, highlights of our partnerships and collaborations, and insights into emerging trends and best practices in the field of youth and family services. Some of the key themes that have emerged in our reports include the importance of trauma-informed care, the need for greater equity and inclusion in our work, and the impact of community-based interventions on the well-being of youth and their families.
Whether you are a long-time supporter of Fred Finch or a newcomer looking for a well-deserved organization to support, we invite you to explore our collection of annual reports, which offer a glimpse into our organization and the work we do to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
