Training Description
When system-involved youth experience trauma it can impact not only their emotional, relational and physical health but it can also impact their spiritual health. Youth may find themselves turning away from religion or turning towards it. Given that religion and spirituality are important aspects of many lives, it’s important for social service providers to learn how trauma impacts one’s relationship with God, spiritual practices, and engagement in their spiritual communities.
Learning Objective
